As the NEV race shifts from showrooms to factory floors, a critical question emerges: can experience-based assembly keep up with CTB integration and 800V fast-charging?
At AMTS 2026, two Chinese automation specialists – Leetx (mechanical joining) and Centron (fluid control) – answered at Booth D05, Hall W2: replace human inspection with AI vision, and shift from reactive checks to closed-loop data systems.

Smart Control, Faster Changeovers
Centron's CS3000 modular control system tackles frequent line changeovers with plug-and-play units (feeding, metering, vision, central control), cutting expansion cycles by 60%. Its dynamic 3D vision dispensing system enables "dispense-as-you-inspect" – scanning adhesive beads in real time and flagging defects instantly.
Precision Dispensing for Tough Materials
The PF1K10CGH delivers 300bar pressure and ±1% accuracy for high-viscosity glass bonding. The PF1P530GS enables 90ml/s continuous spraying for paint shops. Centron's compact 3D gun supports 360° rotation, simplifying robot programming.

Intelligent Fastening
Leetx unveiled the IHS micro-torque system with self-learning adaptation, delivering ±5% repeatability for automotive electronics. Its 3D vision-guided fastening system physically prevents missed or out-of-sequence bolts in battery pack assembly.
Human-Centric Automation
The new electric pulse tool reduces operator fatigue and boosts efficiency – proving smart assembly is not just about replacing labor, but enhancing it.
